I signed up for a Strengths Super Session Denitresse Ferrell after seeing a post in a Facebook group describing the work she does. Denitresse helped me by providing deep insights into my strength themes and allowing me to visualize ways to leverage those strengths in my professional and personal life. She helped me reframe some of my limiting beliefs as they relate to one of my top-5 strengths (Significance) and to see how powerful it can be when leveraged appropriately.

As a result of working with Denitresse, I have started to wholeheartedly incorporate more of my strength themes into the coaching and course work I deliver, which allows me to connect more deeply with my clients. I came to her feeling overwhelmed because I understood how my strengths worked on an individual level, but I couldn’t figure out how to bring them together for this business idea that I had. Through working with Denitresse, I can now recognize my strengths. I've always known that I am an empathetic developer who prefers consistency, connectedness, and harmony.  Attributes Denitresse was able to quickly discern. I was experiencing quite a bit of indecisiveness on how to move ahead in my career.
