Before working with Deni, I struggled with focus and clarity on how to structure my job search… I needed help to make my aspirations have more intentional plans. I [now] know that all I need to do is to prioritize the time to have an actionable plan and meaningful conversations with colleagues and friends. I have the skills, I’m just not marketing them properly or clearly enough for the impact that I want. She helped me break down… my big goals like a career change, which made the goal a lot more tangible and achievable. Although my goal was to switch jobs, I think my confidence levels have improved and my current employer noticed to the point where I am debating a promotion or staying the course of switching jobs which is a very empowering place to be. … My experience with Deni was that the program offered the structure and clarity that I needed to operationalize my dreams. Seeing the goals and visions that I was too afraid to share on paper is extremely empowering. It gave me the confidence to know that once I put the time in and asked the tough questions, the results would come.
