Steve, Validation Engineer

I'm feeling more driven and confident. For someone who has never been able to answer the question: "Where do you want to be in 5 years?", this program provided me the tools, and more importantly, the understanding of how to obtain an answer to this question that’s eluded me for years. I’m now able to lay out a plan on where I want to be with my work/life and believe that such a goal is obtainable. I'm receiving regular and frequent communication with potential employers. It has been a success for me.
