Through working with Denitresse, I can now recognize my strengths. I've always known that I am an empathetic developer who prefers consistency, connectedness, and harmony.  Attributes Denitresse was able to quickly discern. I was experiencing quite a bit of indecisiveness on how to move ahead in my career. To my amazement, my career's trajectory is taking off.  I am now on the radar as the next successor in the management chain of command.  I learned to focus my energy on my greatest strengths to realize a better yield by investing in myself; i.e., working with a coach to level up.
