Denitresse is a brilliant, engaging and experienced coach and facilitator. I hired her to lead and facilitate a workshop for 20 senior leaders on 'How to be an Anti-Racist Leader' and the feedback from her session was some of the best I have received. 

The context Denitresse provided in her session enabled a safe space for leaders to be open to receive and share. Her content was engaging, timely and provided tangible ways that leaders themselves can not just be an ally, but an accomplice! 

Leaders learned important history, the current climate and the ability to see their own responsibility in being an anti-racist leader in their organization. Denitresse's ability to inject humour and warmth provided a level of psychological safety in the room and helped leaders open up in a courageous way. She is a masterful facilitator and a dynamic, heart-centred leader.
