I signed up for a Strengths Super Session Denitresse Ferrell after seeing a post in a Facebook group describing the work she does. Denitresse helped me by providing deep insights into my strength themes and allowing me to visualize ways to leverage those strengths in my professional and personal life. She helped me reframe some of my limiting beliefs as they relate to one of my top-5 strengths (Significance) and to see how powerful it can be when leveraged appropriately.

As a result of working with Denitresse, I have started to wholeheartedly incorporate more of my strength themes into the coaching and course work I deliver, which allows me to connect more deeply with my clients. I’m seeing results sooner than before because I am able to confidently articulate my ideas during coaching sessions.

One thing that I really liked about working with Denitresse was the comprehensive follow-up that was provided after our session. Having the details of our session in written format is so helpful because it filled in the gaps between my memory and the sparse in-session notes I scribbled.

I found the experience of working with Denitresse to be like a breath of fresh air. Often, 1-hour strategy sessions can feel too brief to tap into the juicy stuff that’s down deep, but this session and experience just hit differently. I didn’t feel rushed or like this was just a stepping stone to get me to invest in more sessions. It felt complete and I feel empowered to do the work for the level where I am currently. I also feel inspired to reach back out once I have achieved momentum to dig even deeper.
