This Is Your Official Invitation: Take The 4 Steps To LEVEL UP

‘Success’ and misery can go hand in hand

Here’s a hard truth — one that bears repeating — “success” and misery can go hand in hand. If you’re working toward someone else’s dream, someone else’s expectations of you, or a one-size-fits-all definition of “making it” then you could be racking up wins left and right without it making a lick of difference in your happiness, your contentment, or your sense of self. Time and time again I caution people just like you to seriously ask themselves: What does success mean for me? No matter how dedicated and hard working you are; no matter what you’ve been willing to put on hold or go without in order to chase those dreams, you need to hit the brakes once in a while and check in with yourself. (We can talk about how we unnecessarily glamorize sacrifice and self-deprivation later!) It is vitally important that you identify whose dreams you’re really chasing. If you don’t, you’ll end up in a world of trouble. You could “arrive” and be underwhelmed at best; bitter at worst. You avoid this trap by taking a step back and asking yourself The Big Question: What do you actually want?

But that’s not enough! Even if you have that clarity in your heart of hearts, what do you do next? Hard work and high hopes won’t get you where you need to be. You need a plan. You need a path. You need a strategy. Following someone else’s plan doesn’t count! It doesn’t matter if it’s someone you admire. It doesn’t matter if it’s someone close to you, or if you want (mostly) the same things. You can’t walk someone else’s path and expect it will take you where YOU need to go. Why? Because the world keeps on changing. The world of work keeps changing, and those old paths and old rules don’t serve you. Moreover, only you face your unique challenges. Only you have your unique purpose. Only you have your unique gifts. And you need a strategy to match.

Outdated and cookie-cutter career advice is not going to serve you. What will serve you is a clear and authentic process — one that allows you to leverage outside experience and expertise in order to specifically hone in on what will work for you. I'm no stranger to change. I have navigated pivots and transitions from Finance, Public Affairs, Social Media, and Operations to Strategy. From that vantage point, I saw first hand that the old career playbook is dead. And, I started seeing the steps to building a new one that’s real, accessible, and dynamic. This new playbook isn’t about telling you what to do. It’s about freeing you up to design and implement the strategic and intentional actions to build the career you deserve.

So, with only 3 registration days remaining, I invite you to sign up for my Level Up Group Coaching Program. Over the course of 10 weeks I’m going to guide you through 4 critical phases proven to get ambitious professionals unstuck and ready to BOSS UP in their careers. Here’s a preview:

Phase 1: Discovery

To get on the road to real success, you need to remember and reconnect with who you are and the life you actually want to lead. That also means shutting down the voice in your head telling you that what you want isn’t possible.

Phase 2: Clarity

Once you drop those false ideas and limiting beliefs around what you’re allowed to do, and who you’re allowed to be; then we can take a clear-eyed look at your gifts. Through unabashedly looking at your skills, your passions, and your interests we can pinpoint your zone of professional genius. (Trust me, it’s a real thing and it WILL make you your money.)

Phase 3: Branding

Now we’re on to perception; understanding how you are currently being perceived versus how you want to be perceived. We develop a plan to close the gap between those two points, creating a brand that speaks for you even when you’re not in the room.

Phase 4: Strategy

This is where we make your master plan. We pull together all the work from Discovery to Branding and create the robust and holistic strategy that will eliminate confusion and direct your energy to where it really matters. No more throwing yourself at the wrong doors. No more wasted work.

If you’re on the fence watch this replay of my Career Playbook Reboot Masterclass. Then SIGN UP and let’s get you where you’re supposed to be.

See you (virtually) soon!
